The Media Tab in Sleek CMS provides a comprehensive interface for managing multimedia assets, including images and videos, which are integral to enhancing the visual appeal and functionality of your website. This tab is designed to streamline the process of uploading, organizing, and editing media content, ensuring that users have full control over their assets.

Images

  1. Upload Options: Users can upload images with four distinct options, as illustrated in the interface, allowing for flexible integration into your content models. These options cater to various use cases, ensuring versatility in how images are added.
  2. View Modes: Images can be viewed in either a grid view or a list view, providing a customizable experience to suit different preferences and workflows.
  3. Transformation Capabilities: The tab enables users to adjust image properties such as width, height, and additional attributes, as demonstrated in the interface, offering precise control over visual presentation.
  4. Attribute Customization: Image attributes can be modified directly within the tab, allowing users to refine details such as alt text or alignment to optimize accessibility and layout.
  5. Supported Formats: Sleek CMS supports a wide range of image formats, including PNG, JPG, WebP, GIF, and more, ensuring compatibility with diverse media sources.

Videos

  1. Upload and Embedding: Users can upload videos or embed content from popular platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, and others, providing a seamless way to incorporate dynamic video content into their sites.
  2. Management Tools: The tab offers tools to organize and manage video assets, ensuring they are easily accessible for integration into pages, blocks, or entries.
  3. Rendering Support: Videos are rendered effectively using the site builder’s EJS and Tailwind CSS capabilities, allowing for responsive and styled playback across devices.

Documents (Coming Soon)

While document support is not yet available, Sleek CMS is actively working to introduce this feature in an upcoming update. Once implemented, users will be able to upload and manage document files, further expanding the platform’s multimedia capabilities.
